Refund Policy - the basics
Our refund process is designed to ensure customer satisfaction while adhering to specific guidelines. We are pleased to offer either a replacement or a full refund for products that do not meet quality standards. However, it is important to note that we do not permit refunds or accept returns on bulk CBD products or CBD tea purchases. This policy is in place due to the nature of these items and our commitment to maintaining product integrity. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
What to include in the Refund Policy
WITH ORIGINAL RECEIPT:
Ninety days or less from the original purchase date, credit card, debit card and PayPal purchase refunds will be issued based on the original tender; thereafter merchandise credit will be issued. Refund amounts are based on the purchase price shown on the original receipt (excluding any shipping charges). All applicable promotions, discounts, offers, free items (as part of a qualifying purchase) and coupons granted at the time of purchase will be prorated and applied when calculating the refund amount. WITHOUT ORIGINAL RECEIPT:
In the absence of an original receipt, a shipping confirmation email may serve as an acceptable form of proof of purchase and will adhere to the guidelines applicable to transactions with original receipts. In any other case, the return will be governed by the return policy that is posted in the store at the time of the return. Merchandise credit will be issued based on the lowest selling price of the item, taking into account all promotions, discounts, offers, complimentary items related to qualifying purchases, and any applicable coupons.
